"I am very disappointed in the service and contradictory information I received regarding referrals. I made every effort to follow the proper procedures for referring customers who already were satisfied with their current providers. My rewards went from eligible to ineligible when they switched the referral program service. A supervisor referred me to a manual and guidelines and offered no solutions to my situation. So I am out my rewards money without any other compensation. " read more reviews like this »
