I live in a rural area had major problems with AT&T--DSL issue- Spent about 30 hrs. on the phone with absolute incompetant/rude people who had no idea how to fix my problem. Finally filed an online claim with the FCC. 4 days later got a call from a nice/competant person who finally helped resolve my 3 month long problem. I have never seen a more apalling example of "no" customer survice in my life.
