“I tried the 888-387-6270 number and got a rep in less than a minute, but that's the Texas office which doesn't handle my area of the country. So they transferred me, and I had to wait 5 minutes. (Wish I had a direct line like that for Georgia!) But it was downhill from there. They sent me to the wrong department (a line for reps!) and they sent me right to the start of the phone maze! Another 7 minute wait. But the woman I got was great (Sheila with DSL Billing) she solved my problem by letting me keep the modem they sent me (which I didn't need) and taking the charge off my bill, so now I have a back-up modem and no fees!”
