“Got someone in about 15 seconds. Just wanted to stop receiving junk mail (even though I'd requested this months ago, I was still receiving it). Apparently, this phone # doesn't work for California customers so she had to transfer me to another # where I kept hitting "0" and got someone in 30 seconds.”
