"I made the mistake of making changes to my account. I wanted to cancel only my landline and keep DSL as a stand alone. ATT disconnected both and I'm having difficulty getting my internet reconnected. I've been transferred from one agent to the next and none of the agents seem to care. I dread ATT customer service"
