<summary type="html" ><![CDATA[AFLAC tip: Their "ROBOT" answering system is horrible.  After going through many menus, when I finally reached the point where I was told I would be connected to a Customer Service Rep. the message was that all were busy and it would be approximately 28-32 minutes before my call would be answered.  I could either hold or enter my phone number for a callback which would still be 28-32 minutes.  This was in mid-December, 2009.]]></summary>
