"I was not happy with the service from day one but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Our system started beeping and when I tried to call ADT on the phone, there was no dial tone. I called on my cell, and was told a service appointment would be scheduled for that day, between 1-5. I took the day off from a very busy office and was there. At 3:50 I received a call stating they would not be able to make it out. LOVELY. No I am sorry or thought of the value of my time. I decided I did not want to do business with this company. I cancelled and they will receive a dollar a month for the next 400 months to pay off the cancellation fee."
