This was my 4th attempt to get a question answered,two previous attempts to speak to a supervisor ended in :"She is presently with another customer,and will call you back in 2 to 3 hours"which of course never happened,and the second attempt,the person I spoke to simply tried to answer herself,unsuccessfully I might add.
